Raffle Rules:

1. Tickets are intended to be sold within the state of Montana, but anybody may purchase raffle tickets and the winners will be notified at the conclusion of the raffle. The Bozeman Schools Foundation is not aware of any restrictions related to the sale of these raffle tickets.

2. The Drawing will be conducted using an on-line selection randomizer at the Santa Run for Education on 12/2/23. Winners do not need to be present to win.

3. The Proceeds from the raffle will go to the Bozeman Schools Foundation to pursue their mission of providing educational enrichment for all students in the Bozeman School District.  All administrative fees related to this raffle and any debit card expenses incurred by the raffle, will be paid by the Foundation out of funds other than those raised by this raffle.

4. PRIZES:  All 4 prizes awarded by this raffle have been donated by Murdoch’s Ranch & Home Supply, SCS Wraps, NAPA Auto Supply, and Langlas & Associates.

a. Bozeman High Hawks YETI Cooler:  A YETI Cooler wrapped with a Bozeman High Hawks theme, and filled with BHS swag. 

b.  Gallatin High Raptor YETI Cooler:  A YETI Cooler wrapped with a Gallatin High Raptors theme, and filled with GHS swag.

c.  Montana State University YETI Cooler:  A YETI Cooler wrapped with a Montana State University theme, and filled with MSU swag. 

d.  Montana Outdoors YETI Cooler:  A YETI Cooler wrapped with a Montana Outdoors theme, and filled with Montana themed swag. 

5. Prize Delivery: All prizes can be picked up immediately after the drawing at the Santa Run for Education 5K Registration Desk or after the race in the Bozeman Schools Foundation office (404 W. Main St, Bozeman), Suite 225.

6. This is a charitable raffle and there are no free tickets available.

7.  Deductibility Disclaimer:  Despite the fact that the Bozeman Schools Foundation has registered and qualified under IRC Section 501(c)(3) as a charitable organization, purchasing tickets in this raffle represents your entry into a game of chance with the opportunity to win prizes of varying value.  Accordingly, the price of the tickets purchased hereunder are not tax deductible from Federal and State income as a charitable contribution even if you don’t win a prize.  In addition, depending on the value of any prize won, you may be required to include its value as income on your 2024 Federal and State Tax Returns
